Lumen Health — Telemedicine platform

We completely redesigned the digital experience for Lumen Health, a telemedicine startup operating in five countries. The challenge was unifying three separate products (patient, physician, and admin) into a coherent design system without disrupting daily operations. We managed to reduce booking time by 47% and increase monthly retention by 23%.

Northbound Press — Headless migration

Northbound Press, a publishing house with over 40 years of history, needed to modernize its digital infrastructure. We migrated their main site and three derivative publications from a monolithic WordPress to a headless architecture with Next.js. The result: load times 8 times faster and an editorial team that finally enjoys publishing.

Roots Foundation — Institutional website

We worked with the Roots Foundation to build their new institutional site, focused on accessibility and performance on slow connections. The site currently meets WCAG 2.2 AA standards and loads in under 1.2 seconds on 3G networks. It’s one of the projects we’re most proud of.

Kapsule — Personal finance app

We designed and built the MVP for Kapsule, a personal finance app for young adults. The project was delivered in 14 weeks and attracted 12,000 active users in the first three months post-launch.
