We’re an independent digital studio founded in 2018, with a distributed team across Medellín, Mexico City, and Lisbon. We were born with a clear idea: digital projects don’t have to feel impersonal, slow, or predictable.

Our mission

We believe the web is still the most powerful medium for building relationships between brands and people. Our mission is to help ambitious teams tap into that potential by combining technical rigor with design sensibility. We aim to create digital products that people use happily and that teams can maintain proudly.

How we work

We’re not a traditional agency. We don’t have rigid hierarchies, salespeople who promise things the technical team can’t deliver, or bloated processes that exist solely to justify invoices. Our model is simple: small teams, direct communication, and frequent deliveries.

Principles that guide us

• Honesty before enthusiasm. If we believe a project doesn’t make sense, we say so. If an idea won’t work, we say that too.
• Quality over speed. We work fast, but we never sacrifice technical solidity to meet an arbitrary deadline.
• Documentation is respect. Everything we deliver comes documented, because your team deserves to be able to maintain it without depending on us.
• Radical transparency. We share progress, problems, and learnings in real time. No surprises at the end of the project.

The team

We’re a team of twelve people across designers, developers, content strategists, and performance specialists. Each with a different background, but with a shared obsession: making things that work well and feel good to use.

Leadership

Our leadership team is made up of three founding partners who remain actively involved in every project. You won’t pitch your case to an account executive only to work with someone else later: you work directly with the people who make the decisions.
